This page explains what happens to anything you type into Kiwa Studio's chat assistant. It is a plain-English summary, not a substitute for a full privacy policy.
Kiwa Studio, an independent software and automation studio based in Malta. Contact: hello@kiwastudio.com.
The assistant is an AI. As you chat, it keeps a working note of what you've told it about your business so it can hold a sensible conversation. Nothing is stored on our side and no email is sent until you tick the consent box and share contact details. If you never consent, the conversation lives only in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.
When you do consent and leave a name and email, we store: the chat transcript, the structured notes, and a short internal brief so a person can follow up properly.
One reason only: so a real person at Kiwa can prepare for and have a useful conversation with you about the Digitalise Your SME grant. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.
Stored conversations are automatically deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, at any time, by emailing hello@kiwastudio.com.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email us and we'll action it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
You are talking to an automated assistant, not a person. It can be wrong. Any figures it gives about the grant are estimates. A person reviews everything before we come back to you.
